1. General provisions

1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) is a legally binding agreement that regulates relations with the use of the website https://milliform.ua/ (hereinafter - the Site), which is served by the Company "Milliform" (hereinafter - the Company) and natural person (hereinafter referred to as the User), and regulates the conditions for the User's provision of information for placement on the Site, as well as the conditions for the User's use of the Site's materials and services.

1.2. This Agreement is a public offer. By accessing the materials of the Site, the User is considered to have joined this Agreement. In this case, the User understands and agrees that the Company will consider the fact of the User's use of the website https://milliform.ua/ as consent to the terms of the Agreement from the relevant moment in time.

1.3. If the User disagrees with this Agreement, he must refuse access to the Site, stop using the materials and services of the Site.

2. Personal data and security

2.1. In compliance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data", by placing an order or registering on the Site, the User consents to the collection and processing (accumulation, storage, adaptation, renewal, use, distribution, depersonalization and destruction) of his personal data, namely: P. I.B., e-mail, telephone, address, in order to ensure the implementation of sales relations, relations in the field of consumer rights protection, in the field of advertising and marketing research, and also gives his consent to the transfer (dissemination) of his data to transport and forwarding companies and courier organizations and other third parties (without limitation) at the discretion of the Company.

2.2. The source of personal data collection is information directly and voluntarily provided by the User.

2.3. By registering or placing an order on the Site, the User confirms that he is familiar with his rights, stipulated in Art. 8 of the Law "On Personal Data Protection", the implementation of which is guaranteed by the Site administration.

2.4. By registering or placing an order on the Site, the user agrees to provide reliable and accurate information about himself and his contact details.

2.5. As a result of registration, the User receives a login and password, the security of which is the responsibility of the User. He is also responsible for all actions under his login and password on the Site. In case of loss of registration data, the User undertakes to notify the Site administration.

2.6. The user can at any time contact the Site administration at the telephone numbers or e-mail address specified in the "Contacts" section, as well as using the feedback form to update personal data or refuse any newsletters by excluding personal data from the Company's base. Personal data can also be updated in the User's personal account on the Site.

3. Privacy policy and use of Site materials

3.1. Some objects posted on the website https://milliform.ua/ are the intellectual property of Milliform Company. The use of such objects is established by the current legislation of Ukraine.

3.2. The copyright to the materials of the site https://milliform.ua/, resources, services, unless otherwise indicated, belongs to the Milliform Company.

3.3. Copying and use of any site materials without the written consent of the administration is prohibited.
